Most products carry a 30-day customer satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase and 50% or more of the product remains, simply return the unused portion of the product for a refund. Mirabella and Dermaquest can only be returned if the package is undamaged and the product has never been used. Products can be returned to our salon for free to avoid shipping charges.

DAMAGE DUE TO FREIGHT OR SHIPPING

All orders are carefully inspected for damage and defects before shipment. Upon receipt of your order, please check the product carefully to ensure it has not been damaged during shipping. All claims for damaged products must be made within 48 hours of delivery. Please contact us and provide detailed information for any product damaged during shipping within that time. Please include photos and a full description of the damages to the product.
