This eyeshadow primer by Mirabella features an innovative creamy formula that is easy to apply but made to adhere to lids to create a perfect canvas to hold your shadow in place all day. Sheer, translucent base sustains the vibrancy of eye shadow shades around the clock – all day and into the night. Available in one neutral shade that is suitable for even the most sensitive eyes.

Key Ingredients:

Anti-inflammatory: Lady's Mantle, Lemon Balm, Yarrow Root

Antioxidant: Lady's Mantle, Lemon Balm

Humectant: Glycerin

Oil-Control: Lady's Mantle, Speedwell, Yarrow

Smoothing: Silicones

Soothing: Mallow Flower, Peppermint, Speedwell

Apply a thin layer to entire eyelid, from lash line to brow bone, and blend out with clean fingertip, Foundation Brush, or Perfecting Concealer Brush to create a smooth base for eyeshadow application. Do not apply foundation or concealer over primer. Shadow should be laid directly on top of the primer. If color-correcting eyelids with Perfect + Correct, apply primer then correcting powder and top with eyeshadow.
